Wellbeing Hub

Whether it be balancing the support of patient health alongside personal responsibilities or navigating general burn out, prioritising your own physical and mental wellbeing as a healthcare professional can be difficult.

General practitioners across Australian and New Zealand are experiencing stress and burnout, particularly due to GPs managing complex patient issues, administrative burdens, and workforce shortages.

With this in mind, SCCA is prioritising presenting our members with a dedicated Wellbeing Hub. This space offers members collated tools and resources to prioritise self-care, reduce the risk of burnout, and help promote long-term career sustainability.

Taking active steps to improve wellness will not only enhance the quality of care health professionals can provide, but also safeguard their own health and longevity within the profession.
