ADVANCED COURSE

Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery

Delivered online over six months, this course offers the most comprehensive skin cancer surgical training in Australasia.

This course is ideal for general practitioners already undertaking basic elliptical skin surgery who are seeking to take their surgical skills and knowledge to the next level. If you are looking to focus exclusively on skin cancer medicine, this is the course for you.

Participants develop the capability to diagnose and appropriately manage the majority of lesions encountered in primary practice. Surgical teaching focuses on the major types of skin flaps and grafts with theory being applied during a separate practical workshop.

To be considered for this course it is vital you fill out the expression of interest form. Please note there are strict entry requirements for this course and your eligibility will be reviewed before enrolments open. You are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility requirements before expressing your interest. If you are unsure, please contact the College for clarification.

This course complements the Advanced Clinical Certificate of Dermoscopy and is an essential step towards Fellowship.
