What does this mean for students?
During the maintenance period, the Learning Hub will be temporarily unavailable. This includes access to:
- Online courses and learning modules
- Assessments and quizzes
- Student dashboards and progress tracking
- Any other Learning Hub functionality
Why are we doing this?
Over the past 6-months, some students have experienced intermittent technical issues within the Learning Hub. This planned upgrade will move the platform to a new server environment designed to deliver:
- Improved platform stability and reliability
- Faster loading and response times
- An improved overall user experience
What do I need to do?
If you anticipate needing access to the Learning Hub during this period, please plan ahead and complete any urgent learning activities before 5:00pm AEST on Monday 6 July.
Once maintenance is complete, all courses, progress records, and student information will remain available as normal. We appreciate your patience as we make these important improvements and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
